Question 1

How is the free 30-min audit different from the in-depth audit?

Accepted Answer

The free audit is a 30-minute video call (Teams, Zoom or Google Meet): we look at how you work, where time is lost and what is worth automating. The in-depth audit (£350 + VAT) is a detailed analysis with a written report, calculations and an implementation plan. For most businesses, the free audit is the right place to start.

Question 2

Will we need to replace our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

Usually not. We start by connecting what you already use: your CRM, email, Excel, accounting or stock software. We only suggest replacing something when the system itself is the cause of the problem.

Question 3

Why is the in-depth audit paid?

Accepted Answer

Because its results are valuable even without us: you see clearly where time is lost and what to automate first. If you then hire us to build it, the audit fee is credited in full against the project price.

Question 4

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope. We give you an exact timeline and price after the free or in-depth audit, before any work starts.

Question 5

What happens after the project?

Accepted Answer

You can look after the system yourselves or choose a monthly care plan. Care covers not just technical support but ongoing improvement of your processes.

Question 6

Where is our data stored?

Accepted Answer

We host client systems in EU data centres (Supabase servers in Ireland or Germany). Access is restricted by role: each member of staff sees only what they need for their work.

Question 7

Do we need to meet in person?

Accepted Answer

No. We work fully remotely: calls, the audit and the handover of the finished system all happen online.
