A four-stage programme (employee → tradesperson → business owner → investor) had to become a product that guides each member every day by itself: one task a day, progress tracking, and a reaction when someone stalls — without a coordinator working with every member by hand.
A bespoke platform: one task per day, a level engine that calculates each member's level from real actions, an approval system with evidence, and a rules-based assistant that recognises 12 signals (inactivity, getting stuck, quotes sent without a price and more). Plus community, mentoring, event registration, payments via Stripe and Paysera, daily emails and a mobile app.
